    Seagri orienta produtores rurais sobre adesão de financiamento ao Programa “Terra Brasil”

    O programa nacional de crédito fundiário “Terra Brasil”, executado pelo Governo de Rondônia, por intermédio da Unidade Técnica Estadual – UTE, da Secretaria de Estado da Agricultura – Seagri, já beneficiou 1.065 famílias com a aquisição de terras, implementos, construção de moradia e assistência técnica.

    As linhas de crédito do programa podem chegar até R$ 184.380,77, e para os produtores com patrimônio de até R$ 40 mil, por exemplo, a taxa anual de juros não passa de 0,5%. A Secretaria de Estado da Agricultura já atendeu a famílias de 27 municípios de Rondônia, quais não possuíam terras e que passaram a tê-las, através do crédito fundiário. O objetivo é aumentar ainda mais, o número de beneficiários no Estado.

    Para o governador de Rondônia Marcos Rocha, o “Terra Brasil” oferece as devidas condições para que os agricultores possam comprar imóvel rural, por meio de um financiamento de crédito rural. “É um programa de crédito voltado à aquisição de terras por meio de financiamento de crédito, que também permite ser utilizado para a estruturação da propriedade rural. No Estado, além das famílias já beneficiadas com crédito, estão em análise para contratação neste primeiro trimestre de 2023, mais 92 famílias”.

    Para o secretário de Agricultura, Luiz Paulo, o programa tem potencial para levar paz social ao campo. “O Terra Brasil dá cidadania aos pequenos produtores pois, além do direito de comprar sua terra de forma financiada, com assistência técnica, tem a compra da sua produção garantida, já que o Poder Público pode comprar da agricultura familiar por dispensa de licitação. O caminho mais curto para se chegar à paz social no campo é através da escritura”.

    QUEM PODE PARTICIPAR

    Trabalhadores rurais não proprietários, preferencialmente assalariados; parceiros, posseiros e arrendatários que comprovem, no mínimo, cinco anos de experiência na atividade rural, podem participar do Terra Brasil. O programa também inclui agricultores proprietários de imóveis, cuja área não alcance a dimensão da propriedade familiar e seja comprovadamente insuficiente para gerar renda capaz de propiciar-lhes o próprio sustento e o de suas famílias.

    O “Terra Brasil” destina-se aos trabalhadores rurais com  idade entre 18 e 70 anos, que comprovem ter experiência de, no mínimo, cinco anos de atividades rurais nos últimos 15 anos, e jovens de 16 a menores de 18 anos, desde que devidamente emancipados. Os jovens com idade entre 16 e 19 anos deverão comprovar dois anos de origem na agricultura familiar, como integrante do grupo familiar ou como aluno de Escola Técnica, dos Centros Familiares de Formação por Alternância, inclusive similares.

    O agricultor não pode ser funcionário público, nem ter sido assentado da reforma agrária, ou ter participado de algum programa que tenha recursos do Fundo de Terras e da Reforma Agrária. Não pode também ter sido dono de imóvel rural, maior que uma propriedade familiar nos últimos três anos.
