    Presidente Alex Redano repudia queima de dragas no rio Madeira, em ação da PF e IBAMA

    O deputado criticou a ação, que considera abusiva e ilegal contra a atividade garimpeira

    O deputado defende que haja a regularização da atividade garimpeira, com o Governo ganhando com a arrecadação de impostos e o setor atuando de forma legal, gerando emprego e renda e seguindo os preceitos ambientais.

    “Mas, como está, não há regulamentação, não há garantias e há apenas a repressão. A atividade garimpeira é marginalizada e tratada de forma equivocada, infelizmente. Um setor que tanto contribuiu e contribui para a nossa economia, mas que sempre enfrentou perseguições”, completou Redano.

    O deputado lembrou que a Assembleia Legislativa aprovou a Lei 1511/21, de sua autoria, que determina a proibição aos órgãos ambientais do Estado de Rondônia, quanto a destruição e inutilização de bens particulares apreendidos nas operações e fiscalizações ambientais no Estado de Rondônia.

    A lei proíbe a destruição de máquinas, equipamentos e veículos particulares em operações, ainda que tenha previsão em decreto federal de 2008 e na Instrução Normativa de 2008 do Ibama, não está abarcado por outros princípios constitucionais e fere o direito de propriedade do cidadão, o devido processo legal, transformando-se em uma forma abusiva, truculenta imposta no tempo da autotutela, da época dos monarcas.
