    Assembleia Legislativa vai devolver R$ 80 milhões ao Iperon para assegurar aposentadorias e pensões

    A Assembleia Legislativa vai assegurar o aporte de mais R$ 80 milhões, para reforçar os cofres do Instituto de Previdência do Estado de Rondônia (Iperon), assegurando a continuidade dos pagamentos de aposentadorias e pensões. O presidente da Casa, Alex Redano (Republicanos), confirmou esse valor, durante a sessão extraordinária realizada nesta quinta-feira (29).

    “A Assembleia vai devolver esse valor de R$ 80 milhões aos cofres do Iperon, fazendo a sua parte para garantir que os pagamentos de aposentadorias e pensões não sejam comprometidos. É bom registrar que o repasse atual ao Iperon está sendo feito normalmente pelo Legislativo”, disse Redano.
    De acordo com o secretário de Planejamento e Orçamento da Casa, Rafael Martins, esse recurso é fruto do excedente do repasse duodecimal, em razão do excesso de arrecadação. “Após acordo entre os poderes e instituições, foi aprovada uma Proposta de Emenda Constitucional (PEC), em 2021, definindo que o excedente do repasse duodecimal seria integralmente destinado ao Iperon, como forma de garantir a continuidade dos pagamentos de seus compromissos, junto aos aposentados e pensionistas”, explicou.

    Esses R$ 80 milhões serão repassados, em parcela única, no exercício de 2023. Em 2022, a Assembleia repassou R$ 62 milhões ao Iperon, no mês de abril. A previsão é de que esse repasse anual ocorra até 2056, sempre com base no excedente de repasse, para seguir garantindo a boa saúde do Iperon. Os excessos de repasse duodecimal dos demais poderes e instituições também são destinados ao Iperon, conforme estabelece a lei aprovada pelos deputados estaduais.
