    URGENTE: PROCURADOR GERAL DA REPÚBLICA EMITE PARECER QUE PODE CASSAR MANDATO DO DEPUTADO FEDERAL LEBRÃO (UNIÃO BRASIL-RO)

    Um parecer do procurador-geral da República Augusto Aras, pode rever a reforma eleitoral de 2021 e derrubar o mandato de sete parlamentares empossados em 1º de fevereiro. Na reforma ficou estabelecido que as últimas vagas de senadores e deputados, as chamadas “sobras das sobras”, só podem ser disputadas por candidatos de partidos que atingiram 80% do quociente eleitoral. Os candidatos devem ter atingido no mínimo 20% do quociente. Porém, no parecer, Aras argumenta que o formato diminui a pluralidade dentro do Congresso Nacional. Caso STF concorde com o parecer do PGR, ficará estabelecido que os últimos sete empossados perdem as vagas e serão substituídos por outros sete com maior número de votos individualmente, independete de seus partidos. Os sete candidatos que correm o risco de perder o mandato são: as deputadas Silvia Waiãpi (PL-AP), Sonize Barbosa (PL-AP), Professora Goreth (PDT-AP), Doutor Pupio (MDB-AP), Lázaro Botelho (PP-TO), Lebrão (União-RO) e Gilvan Maximo (PRB-DF).
